When applying for Colorado child support you must contact your local child support enforcement office. You will also need to apply for child support services by filling out an application. Non-custodial parents are able to submit payments via mail and by phone. When submitting payments via mail, you would have to provide you FSR account number, your full name, an the court ID number. When submitting by phone you would need to fill out a pay-by-phone application. When the application is submitted, the FSR office will provide you with a PIN number.Making Changes to Child Support Orders
